As Project Management Officer. I'm resposinble directing and managing a project from start to finish. I'm accountable for my project outcomes and provide necessary support for project management teams to succeed. Start from customer relationship management and partnership. On my daily task, i usually become the 'brain' of project management activity such as Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing. But on several activity i'm also resposible to execute the plan e.g Administrative and Operation, Public Relation, Partnership Management, Event Management, and Content Writing.
